Company name and phone number are optional and collected only if you choose to provide them. No other personal data is collected. This site does not use cookies, tracking scripts, or analytics tools.

Your data is used solely to respond to your enquiry. It is not used for marketing, shared with third parties, or sold under any circumstances.
Where your data is stored
Contact form submissions are stored securely on Amazon Web Services infrastructure in the US East (N. Virginia) region. AWS is compliant with GDPR standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.
How long we keep your data
Enquiry data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless an ongoing advisory relationship requires it to be kept longer, in which case you will be informed separately.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please use the contact page. We will respond within 30 days.
